PAHALGAM: In a surprise inspection of Hotel Kolhoi Green Resorts here, Sub Divisional Magistrate Pahalgam Friday found that the wastage of the hotel was being drained out through pipes in Lidder Nallah.
Taking on the spot action SDM Mr Nisar Ahmad Nisar directed the Pahalgam Development Authority to dig out the pipes and acting on the directions, officials of PDA removed and confiscated the pipes.
SDM directed Pahalgam Development Authority and Police to take action against the violator.
