BUDGAM: An awareness camp on financial literacy was conducted at ITI Wadipora Budgam by NABARD. The camp was attended by DDM NABARD, LDM Budgam, FLCC Budgam, representative from EDI, branch heads of J&K Bank, District Coordinator EDB Budgam.
A detailed address was made by DDM NABARD about the workshop. He discussed the role of NABARD in rural development and various schemes which will benefit the rural population. A brief discussion on benefit of Banking system and need of Banking for students was also held.
