Bukhari discusses pending court cases of Home Department

JAMMU: Minister for Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, Syed Basharat Bukhari in a high level meeting took a review of Court cases pertaining to the Home Department.

Principal Secretary, Home R K Goyal, Director General Police,  K Rajendra, ADGP HQ,  S P Vaid, Secretary Law,  Mohammad Ashraf Mir, AIG (P) Tahir Bhat and other senior officers were present in the meeting.

The Minister asked the concerned officers to expedite the overall process so that timely action could be taken on court cases and appeals could be filed within time so that timely justice could be achieved and interests of the State are safeguarded.
