4 KAS officers get Selection Grade

JAMMU: The State Cabinet accorded sanction to the release of Selection Grade of KAS, in favour of Mr Anil Koul, Mr Moses Kunzang, Mr Nazir Ahmad Baba and Mr Sudershan Kumar.

The Cabinet also sanctioned appointment by promotion of officers including Abdul Qayoom Mir (CAPD), Priyanka Bhat, Jagdish Singh, Mohammad Afzal, Nazir Ahmad Kangoo, Mohammad Abdullah Malik and Mohammad Yousaf Geelani (Cooperative Department),  Rajesh Kumar Basotra, Navdeep Wazir, Dhirender Sharma, Ashwani Kumar and Ghulam Mehdi (Revenue Department), Gul Hassan Kripak, Shabir Ul-Hassan, Narayan Dutt, Hitesh Gupta, Sukh Paul Singh, Chand Kishore Sharma, Devinder Kumar, Amit Vermani, Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Shahnawaz Shah, Abdul Rashid Mir, Sonu Pargal, Charanjit Singh, Reyaz Ahmad Malik, Pankaj Kumar Anand, Om Parkash, Anil Kumar, Kartar Singh, Ajeet Singh, Abdul Qayoom Sheikh, Zameer Ahmad Reshu, Rifat Naseem, Ghulam Mohammad Mir, Nissar Ahmad Malik, Davinder Paul Singh, Ghulam Mustafa Indrabi, Sushil Kumar Khajuria, Masood Ahmad Qazi, Mohammad Sadiq Akhoon and Anil Kumar Thakur (Rural Development Department), Ashwani Kumar, Mohd Asdulah Rather, Qazi Irfan Rasool Zargar, Wasim Raja Dar, Naresh Kumar, Ghulam Nabi, Narinder Kour, Dr Zahoor Ahmed Raina, Reyaz Ahmed Beigh, Hamida Akhter, Samar Naik, Shahid Mehmood, Raj Mohammad, Mohd Aslam, Rashida Akhtar and Usha Kumari (Social Welfare Department) to the time-scale (Rs 15600-39100+GP 6600) of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services (KAS).

The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the promotion of Dr Abdul Rashid, KAS, to the Super-Time Scale of Rs 37 400-67000 with Grade Pay of Rs 10,000 of the Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, w.e.f. 26-02-2015.

 The Cabinet also accorded sanction to the appointment (by promotion) of Mr. Ghulam Rasool, a member of J&K Revenue (Gazetted) Service, to the time-scale of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (Rs 15600-39100 with GP Rs 6600), purely on adhoc basis.
