SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir High Court Legal Services Committee is scheduled to organize a monthly National Lok Adalat on August 08, 2015 in the premises of High Court Srinagar for amicable settlement of Bank recovery cases, Section 138 N.I. Act Recovery Suits.
List of cases falling under the aforesaid categories and selected for being taken up before the National Lok Adalat have been published and displayed at various conspicuous places in the High Court premises. Any pre-litigation case falling under the specified categories can also be taken up by the National Lok Adalat.
