SRINAGAR Governor Mr. N. N. Vohra, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under section 53 of the Constitution of Jammu and Kashmir, has prorogued the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly and the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Council.
The Governor approved the State Governments proposal today.
