Srinagar: Mrs Dilshada, Additional Secretary Home has been promoted as Special Secretary by Government vide order number 298020 of 2013.
Dilsahd Ahmed Baba, Additional Secretary Public Service Commission has also been promoted as Special Secretary in Law Department.
Special Secretary Law, Ghulam Qadir has been transferred to RTI and Fayaz Ahmed Shiekh, Additional Secretary Law has been transferred to Public Service Commission.
