Hurriyat Says People ‘Harassment’ Ahead of Jan 26

Srinagar: The Hurriyat Conference (M) has expressed concern at the “unnecessary harassment, arrest, torture, and frisking of people across Kashmir’ in the wake of India’s Republic day.

The spokesman of the conglomerate said those people who are pompously claiming to be democratic are using military and force to break the will of Kashmiris. He said that despite using every repressive measure, the Kashmir’s resolve for freedom would never die down till they will achieve their goal.

The spokesman said the way political rights of Kashmiris were usurped and their freedom was trampled upon by using force was an eye opener for the International community and democratic countries.
